These terms and conditions do not supersede any contractual agreements you may have with QCD of America or its affiliated plans. You are still required to comply with the terms and conditions of those contracts.

Materials accessible to you through this website may be the subject of intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets. Website Availability
QCD of America will use reasonable commercial efforts to keep this website available for access on a 24 hour a day, seven day a week basis, subject to scheduled downtime for maintenance purposes, unscheduled maintenance and systems outages. Further, QCD of America does not warrant that the operation of this website will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this website or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. The QCD Red Discount Plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c. 111M and 956 CMR 5.00. This plan is not a Qualified Health Plan under the Affordable Care Act. This is not a Medicare prescription drug plan. The range of discounts will vary depending on the type of provider and service. The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers is at http://www.qcdofamerica.com/finddentists/index. A written list of participating providers is available upon request. You may cancel within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee (nominal fee for MD residents is $5, AR and TN residents will be refunded processing fee).
